COVERED GOLD
Independent apparel label — e-commerce, seasonal storytelling, and a storefront built for repeat visits. Designed where we live; styled for every day.
Visit live siteCOVERED GOLD is a locally rooted label: neutral palettes, small-batch drops, and copy that reads like a neighborhood studio—not a generic mall brand. The site had to carry that tone end-to-end: hero storytelling, new arrivals, category browsing, and trust signals (shipping, community, sustainability) without feeling cluttered.
I focused on performance and clarity—fast first paint, responsive imagery, and interaction patterns that feel calm on mobile (where most traffic lands). Product grids, CTAs, and merchandising sections are structured so marketing can rotate campaigns without rebuilding layout primitives every time.
The live storefront is deployed on Vercel. Brand and creative direction sit with the label; I owned the front-end implementation, component architecture, and polish so the experience matches the quality of the product photography and the “Covered Gold” story. The stack aligns with how I build client work: Next.js, accessible markup, and UI that holds up in production.
